Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

This Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe is meant to be flexible. You don't need exact fruit combinations to make a delicious parfait. Start with creamy Greek yogurt, add your favorite fruit, include something crunchy such as granola or nuts, and finish with a little sweetness if needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Wash the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into two glasses or serving jars.
  3. Add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
  5. Add the remaining Greek yogurt to each glass.
  6. Add another layer of fresh fruit and granola.
  7. Drizzle honey over the top of each parfait.
  8. Finish with sliced almonds and chia seeds.
  9. Serve immediately for the best texture, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For meal prep, keep the granola separate and add it just before serving to keep it crunchy.
You can substitute the berries with bananas, peaches, mangoes, apples, or other favorite fruits.
